Food Safety Consultancy Company (WAMCOFS) is a registered company in the Public Health Department of Sharjah
Municipality. It is licensed officially by the Government of Sharjah, Economic Development Department.
Our main concern is to train food handlers, in various subjects of food hygiene and food
safety procedure, to avoid food poisoning, it’s important to make sure the food they make is safe to eat.
Our strategy is to emphasize on reducing food-born illness, promoting a hazard analysis–based approach to food safety management and providing guidance for
producers, retailers, and caterers.
Beside
the training of food handlers in hygiene and HACCP programs. WAMCOFS,
could also provide the consultancy services to abattoir’s construction and
designs, as well as food processing factory’s, and restaurant’s lay out.
It is
also our task to provide ongoing inspection services in restaurants, food
factories, caterers, and abattoirs as well as lead client’s staff to the right direction of producing safe food
Our ongoing inspection services is to assist in identifying areas of sanitation that
need support of optimization. This can stand alone with primary focus of plant
hygiene or be part of an extensive food establishment inspection audit to
prepare the company for future local authority audit or inspection.
